This would deliver a transformative drive-thru and in-store ecosystem through the power of Sodaclick’s content and conversational voice AI technology.
Oliver’s Real Food brand from Australia approached Sodaclick after extensive market research in identifying a vendor to provide unique customer experiences in the market which would include dynamic content and voice AI for their stores. Oliver’s vision was to craft better customer engagement, combat labour shortages, and help streamline operations across their network of restaurants to reshape the entire user engagement.
It is not surprising to seek a one-stop shop when it comes to tackling the complexity of implementing innovative technology across more than 200 stores, each with its established infrastructure. Oliver’s were faced with multiple challenges, from labour shortages due to the location of some stores far removed from residential hubs, making it challenging to attract and retain staff, to the critical need for them as a health brand to represent accurately their nutritional and allergen information, which was a driving force behind the project. They were also committed to delivering a consistent brand image across the estate, and excellent customer service, all the while being sustainable.
